Born in New York City, Connie Bryson lives in New Jersey. She’s been a successful songwriter for decades, beginning as a composer, but encouraged by the legendary Doc Pomus, she developed a latent talent for writing lyrics. Bryson’s thirty-plus recorded songs and movie credits prove he was right. However, now that she has accepted regretfully the limited opportunities there are for the existence of words in popular music, she has turned her talents to another art form. Presently, she has a hope that she will win a Grammy in the category of “Spoken Word”. Eventually.
